Remember to review fables, fairy tales, myths and legends, nursery rhymes, poetry, graphic novels, author biographies, book and publishing details, sports, picture books, early readers, classics and award winners.
Have the students come up with questions about
the books they are reading.
Have them do Book Talks.
Consider guiding themes .... sports books, biography, nursery rhymes, authors.
Talk about common themes. Brainstorm!
Books with bears? Feasts? Vehicles?
Books to movies? Aliases?
How about a book Scavenger Hunt?
